Learn to score any passive income model on Cost, Effort, and Return so you can choose the right one before you invest months and money.
Most people pick a passive income model on gut feel and only discover the mismatch months later. This course replaces vibe-picking with a repeatable scoring system: the CER framework, which evaluates any opportunity on Cost, Effort, and Return.
You'll work through each lens and its sub-components one at a time — startup and recurring costs plus opportunity cost, setup effort scored separately from ongoing effort, and return split into time to first dollar and steady-state net yield. Along the way you'll learn the common scoring mistakes that quietly inflate beginner scorecards and how to avoid them.
Finally, you'll turn a completed scorecard into a confident go-or-no-go decision using tie-breakers, a five-year patience test, and a 24-hour rule. It's built for aspiring builders and side-hustlers who want to commit to the right model once, rather than restart after nine wasted months.
